- Make sure your iPhone or iPad is updated to the latest versions of iOS or iPadOS. Also see if your Apple TV is running the latest version of tvOS.

- Then, do this with Apple TV as well. In this case, press and hold the Back and TV buttons on the 2nd generation Siri Remote or the Menu and TV buttons on the 1st generation Siri Remote. When the Apple TV lights are blinking, release them.
- Try resetting or restoring your iPhone/iPad and Apple TV to factory settings.
